Our managers — from the first line supervisors to the top managers — participated in Levings & Associates' Management Skills Training series. The evaluations were very positive. Most of the comments were about Charlie's ability to engage the whole group; everyone felt a part of the training. Levings & Associates also trained all of our employees — 800 company wide — on recognizing and preventing sexual harassment. The consistent comment was on the quality of the speaker. Charlie took what could be a sensitive and touchy topic and put everyone at ease in discussing it. He sometimes used humor, but still managed to maintain the seriousness of the topic.
